Aspire2 Group Ltd is a private tertiary provider with multiple educational brands under its umbrella. We are looking for an Payroll Administrator to be part of our Finance team based in central Auckland reporting to the Group Financial Controller.

The successful applicant will be responsible for payroll across our domestic brands, ensuring that all finance activities are completed accurately and on time. This role should proactively drive continuous improvement within the finance department and add value by identifying efficiencies within the business to improve the financial performance of the company.

The successful application will have proven Payroll experience, probably have a relevant tertiary qualification, high level of computer literacy and accuracy, and ideally a good working knowledge of iPayroll.   

You are passionate about detail, organised, calm and objective under pressure.  You can manage multiple deadlines and meet the goals of the team by building strong relationships internally and externally.  We are a small and diverse team, so your ability to be a team player is crucial and your positive, flexible nature will fit right in.
