Marketing Manager

In this role, you will oversee the marketing of our range of Health and Safety Training Courses offered throughout the country at our purpose built training facilities and at our client locations.

Duties will include

  • Planning the sales and marketing activities for each training product and training centre
  • Coordinate the release to market of new courses
  • Develop new product campaigns using market research to identify new target markets and create new booking streams
  • Analyse and report on advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Budget management
  • Work alongside the sales team in supporting their activities to drive bookings
  • Manage events
  • Implement a robust Marketing and Communications strategy to support company growth targets
  • Regular EDM communications to both internal and external marketing databases
  • Build and maintain robust marketing communications databases
  • Website management

 

Skills and knowledge

  • The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • At least two years experience as a Marketing/Brand manager
  • A formal Marketing qualification
  • A strong understanding of marketing techniques and strategies
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns
  • Budgeting experience
  • Strong project/campaign management skills
  • Experience with Google Adwords
  • Market research techniques
  • Events planning.

This is a hands-on role where the perfect candidate will possess a confident, positive attitude and have exceptional time management skills in order to prioritise a varied workload.  In turn, driving campaigns and projects through to completion.
