Production Designer - 6 Month Fixed Term Opportunities

Congratulations! You’ve found the PD for our PD. Now let’s expand on that, shall we?

We are The Warehouse Group’s internal creative agency – where everyone has a brainstorm! Our team is stacked with local and international creative high-flyers, with loads of experience and stacks of awards shining up the place. We’ve got four powerful retail icons as our creative territory, and a mission to dream up and deliver new and exciting ways to engage New Zealand’s retail consumers.

You know the names: The Warehouse, Noel Leeming, Warehouse Stationery andTorpedo7. We’d love to know your name too. If you reckon you’re the Production Designer we need, read on.

The role

Reporting into our Production Design Manager, this role centres on designing and producing media to finished art level across all our brands.  You will collaborate with the wider marketing team (mainly the creative and integrated marcom teams) to produce anything ranging from EDMs, Web Banners, video assets, animation and print production. We will rely on your passion and digital know-how to help us on our digital journey.

About you

Your impeccable design, awareness of emerging trends and ability to work under pressure will be key (along with your positive attitude and knack to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders cross functionally).

  • 3+ years of content creation experience (agency or inhouse)
  • Top notch organizational skills - you can juggle, prioritise tasks and work at pace!
  • Asset creation experience across social media platforms
  • Highly competent in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and how to creatively stretch these
  • Passion for solving complex problems and resourcefulness

About us

What's in it for you? We offer a dynamic, supportive team environment within a business that cares about and recognises individuals. We’re building something spectacular here and it’s your chance to make a statement as New Zealand’s leading retail group switches on to its most exciting life stage yet.

Are you ready to produce the goods? Then let’s do it!  Get in touch with us, apply now, and design the next stage of your career.
