The RV industry is booming and we are now looking for the right person to join our Team in assisting us in providing the best customer service.
Experience in, or a good understanding of the RV industry would be very advantageous.
Alliance RV is located in the new Tauriko Industrial area just minutes away from the new shopping mall and easy access to the main highways feeding into the city and surrounding areas.
We are a family owned and operated business currently with 6 Technicians and a Workshop Manager. We supply, and install accessories into motorhomes, caravans, 5th wheels, buses, horse trucks and floats including repairs and fault finding. All our work is done onsite in our workshop. We have a shop / showroom area providing accessories and products that we install and use this space to help give our customers ideas and options.
We are looking for the right person to help support us in the following areas:
First point of contact for customers at the front counter & phs
Basic accounting & administrative tasks
Booking Jobs & maintaining the schedule
Tracking & following up orders & warranty
Inwards & outwards stock
Restocking & cleaning the showroom, facilities & office areas
Workshop parts, stock monitoring & ordering
Assisting the Directors, Workshop Manager & Technicians
Providing our customers with helpful solutions & always with a Smile.
As this is a new role ideally we are looking for someone 5 days per week from 7.30am - 3 - there may be further hours available as the job grows or flexibility provided to the right applicant.
