Your new company
Your new company is a big player in the civil, infrastructure and landscape industries New Zealand wide. They have several different areas ranging from new subdivisions to roading, traffic and general civil works. They are currently on the lookout for new labourers to join their team on a temp to permanent basis and teach them the ropes of the industry.

Your new role
In your new role you will be full of variety to start with. You may be involved in the roading, drainage or civil crews, being taught to operate different machinery ranging from excavators to loaders and dump trucks. Either way your new role will see you become a pivotal part of the company’s growth and they will see that your professional development is well looked after.

What you'll need to succeed
As a WTR labourer, you will need to be able to follow instructions, arrive on time and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. You will also need to have:

  • Your own transport
  • Current full Class 1 and WTR
  • A safe and responsible approach to work and health and safety
  • A farming background will be highly beneficial
  • References to back up your work ethics and experience
