He angitūtanga: The opportunity
Panuku is currently looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture Advisor to join their amazing team. The successful candidate will be required to support the P&C Team by providing generalist HR advice and support to Panuku leaders and employees. This position is based in the beautiful, brand new Panuku offices in Wyndham Street.
Applicants must have the ability to prioritise their workload, be flexible to work on a variety of tasks, and most importantly must be friendly and approachable. You will have proven generalist and HR experience, a practical understanding of employment legislation, excellent administrative skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
He kōrero mōu: About you
The People and Culture team operates a partnership model which enables them to support the business group managers by providing tailored advice on employment relations matters, remuneration, coaching and development and the management and implementation of significant change. Additionally there is the opportunity to become involved in a vast array of projects such as policy and procedure development, remuneration and employee engagement initiatives.
We require an experienced P & C Advisor who can demonstrate strong relationship building skills, has proven influencing and negotiating ability. You will be competent providing HR advice to management and employees and pro-active in your approach as you will be highly visible to key business stakeholders.
If you have at least 3 years HR experience preferably within a large organisation, are competent in all facets of HR advisory, possess a tertiary qualification in HR, business or a related discipline and possess a sound knowledge of HR best practice then we would love to hear from you.
