Summary

We do things a bit differently at the Wise Group. In fact, when it comes to people and culture, traditional practices just can’t keep up so we’re reinventing the way we do things to create inspirational workplaces where people are excited to come to work every day.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, and based in Hamilton East.

Join us and you’ll be part of an awesome team of values-driven HR champions who are challenging the status quo and partnering with our chief executives, general managers and leaders to create workplaces where people can do the best work of their lives. For you, this means not only putting on your strategic hat but also rolling up your sleeves to make sure the fundamentals are done well through partnering with advice, guidance and coaching.

You

We’re looking for a hungry, humble and smart team player who is driven to help others. Ideally with a human resources or related qualification and three or more year’s generalist experience, you are an optimist who believes in the possibilities and gritty enough to persevere when it gets tough.

The Team

We’re the champions of the Wise Group’s family culture and we believe we have to model the way. We have the privilege of shaping our culture by bringing talented, motivated people to the Wise Group, aligning them with our purpose and focusing on strengths that enable them to thrive. Whether recruiting the next inspirational leader, refining our programs, coaching or simply looking for ways to inject more fun into the lives of our people, we help create the environment where people can thrive.

The Benefits

In this role, you can look forward to flexible work arrangements, extra leave, ongoing learning and development opportunities, a gym and chef on-site and a passionate team that makes a difference each and every day.
