Customer Services Administrator - Auckland

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Administrator to join our Auckland office working with our Geotechnics & Measurement & Calibration teams on a 12 month full time fixed term basis.

The key responsibilities of the role include;

  • Assisting to manage the Propella jobbing system, booking work and allocating jobs to the team of Technicians.
  • tracking the jobs, flagging any potential delays / bottlenecks and updating customers
  • Assisting with despatch of equipment as necessary
  • Providing an efficient service to the clients whereby they are kept informed.
  • Ensure that all resources, equipment and supplies are well maintained in the office.
  • Assisting with Data-base Management.
  • Provide standard quotations to our customers
  • Assist with invoicing, credits, scanning of job files

Ideally, you will have approximately 2 years customer service or administration experience. You will enjoy being part of a team and be enthusiastic, motivated, and conscientious. To be successful in this role you will need excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. You must be competent with computers and enjoy dealing with people.

The role will involve liaising with clients therefore excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus is a must. On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
