The Role



As a Lending Adviser, you will represent Findex and will be responsible for assessing, preparing and processing residential loan applications; analysing their viability and credit risk within policy standards and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities


  • Managing, developing and promoting the Findex offering, ensuring that growth, profitability and customer service targets are met within required standards.
  • Identifying potential and future developments and submitting proposals on the organisation's facilities and terms
  • Obtaining a high customer service standard through personal performance, efficiency and productivity levels
  • Fielding inbound customer queries and answering all account enquiries and maintenance requests for borrowers
  • Managing a residential loan portfolio and building internal and external referral sources
  • Provide coaching and support to junior Family Members to develop capability.
  • Delegate work to Client Services and Adviser Support team members, setting clear goals for completion.

Qualifications & Experience


  • 3+ years in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Banking or Finance Broking experience
  • Accreditation with major lenders (desirable)
  • Knowledge of mortgage broking software
  • Ability to build and develop productive relationships
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
