Utilities Disputes resolves complaints about electricity, gas, water and broadband property access. Our service is independent, and free for consumers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a conciliator. You will be the first point of contact for complaints. Your role is to resolve complaints using a range of dispute resolution strategies. You will also investigate events leading up to complaints and help write complex decisions. We give expert training and guidance for the role.

We are looking for someone with experience and qualifications in dispute resolution and investigations. Preferably you will be tertiary qualified.

We are a small, supportive and dynamic team, and we value staff development and continuous improvement.
