We are searching for a new Regional General Manager to run the Central Region for Johnson Controls.
Our Central region employs approximately 100 staff, the majority of these are service engineers for Fire and Security systems.
You will formulate and implement the regional strategic plan and provide strong and active leadership in all areas of the business.
This plan will focus on safety, top line revenue growth and maximizing margin through delivering excellent service to our customers and an efficient, motivated and engaged team.
Key to success will be your people management ability, you will be a motivating leader able to clearly communicate global, national and regional strategies and make them relevant to your team. You wont be the person to shy away from hard conversations where needed but you will have a background of building a strong high performance team.
You will have overall P&L responsibility for the region so strong financial acumen is also key to success in this role. You will be capable of quickly identifying the key operational and financial drivers in the business and be able to influence those into successful outcomes.
We are a highly technical service oriented business, experience in a similar industry supplying facilities management or technical services to third party commercial, industrial and government contracts would be highly advantageous.
