About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to directly influence the direction and success of our rapidly expanding business.  This is a cross-functional role supporting the acceleration and delivery of strategic projects, tenders and business development across the group.  You will hit the ground running in a fast paced environment that will require flexibility and speed to meet business demands. You must have proven robust PowerPoint skills. You should be able to absorb and understand concepts, data and IP from across our businesses – distilling these down to key messages and propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for creating tailored proposals, presentations and written documents.
  • Analysing business performance, opportunities, market/competitor insights, revenue and cost modelling.
  • You must be able to visualize the concepts and proposals onto PowerPoint.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop business cases as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a management consultancy or similar corporate
  • A strong understanding of business acumen
  • RFP/Sales Proposal experience, specialising in the ability to distil complex concepts into simple and well-crafted statements
  • High level analytical skills and the ability to build financial and operational modelling
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Expert level PowerPoint skills with a strong focus on creating visual packs is a must have.
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign or other creative software (useful but not essential)
  • Masters/MBA qualification or similar would be beneficial
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong key stakeholder relationships quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
