DESKTOP SUPPORT - SERVICE DESK ANALYST - 3 MONTH CONTRACT

We are looking for someone to join our clients busy service desk environment; providing up to level 1.5 support. You will need to hold a relevant Microsoft Technical Certification and be comfortable supporting MS Desktops/Laptops and MS applications including Office 365.

You will have a background in helpdesk support and be comfortable working with service management tools. You must have excellent communication and enjoy working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
