At Crombie Lockwood success doesn’t just happen, we make it happen – for us, our customers and for the great people who work here.  We’re always looking for new ways to do more and to be better, and that means hiring the best people.   We’re looking for a passionate self-starting Broker Support to join our industry leading Personal Lines team at our Auckland East branch, based in our offices in Ti Rakau Drive, East Tamaki.

With superb admin skills, adept at prioritising work flow with an ability to meet tight deadlines you will be an asset to a small broking team. You'll be undertaking all processing including new business, renewals and endorsements. The role is primarily focussed on admin and processing duties, but we are happy to explore further development into other roles within the organisation. Part time hours may be available to the right candidate.

Are you our next success story?

  • Ideally, you will have experience with eGlobal Database processing and Multi-client billing or alternatively, a quick learner with excellent computer skills capable of using the Microsoft Office suite with understanding of Excel
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Pro-active and not afraid to take the initiative
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • You will need to be a great team player in your interactions with the wider office
