We are a busy distribution warehouse based in Wiri, Manukau.
We require a hardworking all rounder to actively assist with customer services and the daily warehouse activities.
The right candidate is someone who is reliable and possesses the willingness to work within a team environment and willing to learn about our product range
You must be a New Zealand Citizen and be able to work in New Zealand full time. Hours 8.00-4.30 Monday - Friday.
This position is a combination of 60% warehousing and stores work and 40% counter and customer service work
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying & dispatching of goods
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. Candidates must have an excellent eye for detail
- Preparation of shipment's and inventory transactions' of both goods entering / exiting the warehouse
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Team player
- Proven work experience in customer services and as warehouse assistant
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve and and enter data
- Hands on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and can do approach with a willingness to learn
- Must have a forklift licence
