Client Services Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and develop a direct team of 15, supporting and mentoring internal growth and development, through trust, leadership knowledge, overcoming tricky situations and time pressured clients.

The business - it's a well known and loved household name, who provide the best entertainment in New Zealand. Based in Auckland, your role will require Nationwide travel once a quarter, and the occasional travel to Melbourne.

Your teams will consist of the Sales Team, the Marketing Team, and the Accounts Team, as well as Account Managers. Your role will be to mentor and develop your leaders to become empowered to deliver the best service to New Zealanders and their clients. You will be a key stakeholder within the business, and you will also be the escalation point for your large clients, who are pretty prominent names in the Entertainment Industry. Due to the nature of the industry, your presence may be required at large events on behalf of the business.

You will;

  • First and foremost, hold strong leadership skills with a positive and open door mentality
  • Have strong experience in Client Relationship Management
  • Have previous experience in managing and leading/developing teams
  • Be flexible to deliver the best results possible for your team and your clients
  • Coordinated and managed large events
  • Have a solid history of working on large projects or campaigns
  • Enjoy working to deadlines, timeframes
  • Be focused on process improvement
