Business Performance Manager / Interpreter

We are looking for a dynamic, self sufficient, articulate and commercially savvy candidate who can gather the right information, talk to the right people and produce fantastic reports describing how this complex business is performing. 

You will be financially and commercially savvy, have excellent communication and networking skills and most importantly be a word smith who has exceptional writing skills. You will ideally have held a similar role in performance reporting or strategy and have worked in a Big 4 or large blue chip organisation. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Performance and working closely with the CFO, you will be exposed to the ELT, including the CEO and provide clarity and solve queries around the performance story. In order to do this, you must gain a strong understanding of the wider organisation and build relationships in order to influence how performance is delivered.
