Learning and Development Coordinator

Survived your first month back, but realised it’s just not working for you?  Well have we got exciting news for you! We have a fab opportunity based in our national support office in Queen St, for an experienced L&D Coordinator who can help us shape the careers of our people. 

In this varied and fast paced role, you will work closely with the HR People and Culture team to ensure all L&D training and learning experiences are made available from our new starters to our existing staff across the Crombie Lockwood network.  

Some key things you’ll do:

  • You’ll be the monitor for all internal compliance using our Learning Management System (LMS), third party suppliers and the L&D Team
  • Along with all things L&D coordination (record keeping, events, people organising and functions), you will work closely with and support the L&D team 
  • Outside of L&D, you will also coordinate Health and Safety by liaising with H&S champions within the regions, and help develop some great events and initiatives for our overall wellbeing.

As the successful person who joins this close-knit team, you will:

  • Have L&D Coordination experience, or a strong Administration background, with excellence in being organised with amazing attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and develop this role, and yourself of course
  • Sound knowledge of the workings of an LMS
  • Be technically savvy with strong Microsoft skills
  • Fantastic at communicating with all levels internally, as well as with third party suppliers
  • Definitely a be team player
  • Adaptable, able to multi-task, thinks on their feet and welcoming of autonomy
  • Be ready for everyday to be different and fun, with a sense of humour to boot!
  • Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
