Administrator/Receptionist , ICAFS

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated administration team at the Infant, Child, Adolescent & Family Mental Health Service (ICAFS) in the Hutt Valley.

You will be a confident mature person with excellent customer service skills and experience supporting a team. This is an interesting and varied position that will suit someone with the following skills/experience:

  • Microsoft office
  • Client focused
  • Collegial and a team player
  • Strong communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work calmly in a busy environment, able to manage multiple demands with ease and support staff well, able to handle urgent enquiries from clients, families and other services skilfully, seeking advice from your colleagues when needed.  Previous experience working in a medical or mental health environment preferable.
