The Company

Health & Travel Insurance Brokers Ltd is a niche independent insurance broking company and they specialise in travel and expatriate health insurance. They offer a suite of services for their clients, many of whom have been clients for 10+ years.  They have had a MASSIVE start to 2019 and are looking to add an outstanding administration assistant to their team.
 
The Role

This role covers all aspects of Health & Travel Insurance.  It is a desk role and you will be talking with clients and quoting on business.  From needs analysis for each individual client, to offering the options and selling the product that best suits each client.

The reason for insurance is to cover clients if and when something goes wrong while travelling. When this does, it is expected you will be supportive in resolving each individual claim.  You will be able to help collate information and liaise closely with insurers AND clients. The role will report to two others in the team.

The Person

We are looking for candidates with a great attitude and a fantastic eye for detail.   You’ll be kind under duress and possess a healthy level of empathy.  You will love using your excellent telephone manner with clients.  It is expected you will care and be respectful of the clients. You will be flexible and an extraordinary multi-tasker – in other words, you’ll be able to move between jobs and still be calm and collected!

You won’t be loud and you’ll also not be shy – so somewhere in the middle is what we are looking for.  Being part of the team and supporting one another is a great skill that will be part of your personal tool kit.  

Ideally you will have some insurance claims experience so that you can hit the ground running.  You’ll be a great learner.

We are looking for someone whose voice sounds like a friendly smile on the end of the phone.
