About your new role                
We are on the lookout for a permanent part-time Front Office Receptionist (called Customer Service Coordinator internally) to assist prospective and current residents and their guests in the most efficient and professional manner. 
  
The key focus of this role is offering exceptional customer service which will include some property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our student apartments.
  
This is a permanent part-time role with 30 hours per week over a Monday to Friday roster and provides a great opportunity to join our growing New Zealand portfolio.

Day to day duties

  • Operate the day to day front desk reception area with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of units
  • Provide general administration support such as telephone answering, incoming and outgoing mail and filing etc.
  • Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being
  • Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration
  • Comfortable using Office 365, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work closely as a team
  • Attention to detail, and accuracy with numbers
  • Customer service experience in the accommodation, real estate or hospitality industry
  • Experience in a University Environment will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience with a Property Management System will be well regarded
  • A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures
  • Ability to provide evidence of a New Zealand Police Vetting
