Territory Manager - Christchurch
We have a great opportunity for an energetic, well-presented person to join Sanitarium’s Sales team, based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
In this role you will play an integral part in maximising our sales opportunities by developing and maintaining effective relationships with our trade customers within the Christchurch and Nelson territory. Responsibilities of this role include:
- Achieve sales objectives
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Promote Sanitarium products at store level
- Implement and maintain in-store retail initiatives
- Ensure on-time product order delivery
- Regular product servicing and stock rotation
- Manage expense budgets and processes
- Manage the territory relationships with Storelink
To be successful in this role, you will need to be an organised, pro-active individual, demonstrating:
- FMCG sales and merchandising experience
- Exposure to space management
- Strong customer focus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability in building productive relationships
- Understanding of Nielsen/AZTEC data
- Ability to work well as part of a team whilst also being capable of working independently.
The role requires 4 nights travel away from home each month.
