Customer Service Representative - Part Time

3 days p/w based at our Otahuhu and Takanini clinics.

TRG Imaging is one of New Zealand's largest private radiology providers delivering high quality patient care through a network of North Island sites.  Due to continued growth, and a growing population, we are seeking a service oriented person to join our Customer Service team. The position offers a variety of work within our reception and administrative areas of the business.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be working within a fast paced environment as the "face" of our company, ensuring our patients and fellow staff members receive the highest levels of service.

The successful applicant would ideally have the following skills and qualities:

  • Experience in service delivery and customer interaction
  • Ability to multi task
  • Self confidence and willingness to take on challenges
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office
  • Well organized with high attention to detail
  • Clear spoken English with the ability to communicate well to a wide range of people
  • Medical administration experience and advantage
