This key account management role will see you:

 

  • Manage important customer relationships
  • Initiate new ideas for growing the business
  • Follow up on leads and proactive source new enquiries
  • Keep clients updated on the product range
  • Handle orders and liaise with colleagues through dispatch and delivery
  • Implement new initiatives and strategy
  • Follow a regular call/ visit cycle
  • Attend related events/ tradeshows etc.
  • Utilise internal CRM software and other programmes
