Overview of the Company

 

This role is based on the North Shore in the medical industry. Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible to ensure a thorough handover is completed. You will be assisting the Transcription manager providing an efficient, timely, high quality, customer focused transcription service at all times.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Providing a high level of accuracy for all transcribed documents

Accurately prioritise, manage and complete work within the required time frame

Ensure all customer queries are handled in an efficient, helpful and timely manner

Communicating effectively and working co-operatively

Leading the team and managing all aspects of employment relations

 

Key Skills and Experience

 

Communicate openly and engage widely across the organisation

Respond to people’s needs appropriately with effective results

Proven skills in Microsoft Office  

Competent use of AGFA RIS, Winscribe and Soprano Medical Documents applications

High attention to detail with typing speed of 70wpm

Customer focus typing speed of 60wpm
