The Role:

  • Providing IT support to a variety of customers; working with both proven & emerging technologies
  • Develop proactive initiatives to optimise our client environments
  • Focus on Cyber security, privacy and compliance, and on cloud initiatives
  • Opportunity to participate in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects as part of our inhouse upskilling
  • Ideal starting point for someone looking to develop the required skills to move into an IT consulting career

  • Upskilling included with a view to move into a can be flexible to work in with part-time study if required


  • Windows desktop support
  • Windows server support
  • Office365 tenant administration
  • Application installs
  • Checking backups & monitoring
  • Troubleshooting & escalating issues to technical specialists as required
  • Liaising with third parties to log & resolve issues
  • Documenting processes
  • Design and specification of proactive initiatives

Skills & experience required:

  • IT course related grad preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, especially good telephone manner
  • Strong written (documentation) skills
  • Ability to prioritise & work unsupervised
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of these technologies preferred:

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server
  • Windows Desktop
  • Firewalls
  • Server Virtualisation (i.e. VMware. Hyper-V)
  • Office 365
  • Azure & AWS
