Senior Marketing and Product Manager

They are relentless in their pursuit to find the precise accommodation option to match their customers’ requests alongside the best experience they can deliver.

About the Opportunity

They are on the hunt for a Senior Marketing and Product Manager to execute the marketing strategy for the Touch of Spice brand and sub brands, including Luxury Stays and The Residence Collection, which are their premier luxury brands targeting high net worth clientele globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product manager for their Luxury Stays and Residence Collection brand, including working closely with the CEO to manage relationships and communications with owners and onboarding new properties
  • Create marketing plans by product
  • Manage the relationship with the creative and social agencies to deliver effective campaigns
  • Manage key content providers, including videographers and photographers, as well as overseeing shoots
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the overall campaigns and marketing strategy
  • Support the GM Sales to help drive sales and managing the agent network and agent consortiums
  • Active participation in monthly creative think tanks to drive up sales and enact the action points required
  • Support the GM and CEO on trade shows and famil requirements throughout the year, including presentations and follow ups
  • Working alongside the CEO, manage key relationships with critical stakeholders including Tourism NZ and local tourism bodies
  • Manage all collateral and brand consistency

About You

  • You will have a proactive approach
  • Great relationship building experience
  • Product experience, ability to tell stories around products and create a marketing plan by product
  • Willingness to operate at senior levels but execute in the detail and deliver completed work
  • You will be strong team player
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Speak fluent English
  • Have a full New Zealand driver’s license
