Administrative Assistant

We're on the lookout for a switched on, tech savvy Administrative Assistant for a temporary role based in a telecommunication company. This position will be starting late January in Hamilton. This is a great opportunity to work within a company who values teamwork and respect.

Your key responsibility will be assisting the team in all administrative duties therefore, excellent computer skills and knowledge is essential. The successful candidate must be technically minded and a quick learner who can pick up the computer systems. You will work autonomously to complete the required administrative tasks accurately at a fast pace.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Efficient planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Positive attitude towards work and will be very committed, as it is a small team you MUST be reliable
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure networks
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft office and excel
