We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager to join our Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) team. FDR is available to anyone who has a dispute relating to the care of children and through this service FairWay aims to reduce the stress on families involved in disputes.
This key business role is accountable for working with our Client Director to further grow our service offering and helping families. Other key responsibilities include account management and technical support for our FDR service. In addition, you will be responsible to ensure that FairWay has the right contractor workforce available to accomplish the required quality output for services to clients.
Ideally you are someone who has an extensive business network in the social services sector. You should also have FDR provider accreditation (or this will be achievable within 6 months) and experience in the dispute resolution or family sector either through representing clients, giving legal advice or as a mediator or advocate. In addition, you are someone who enjoys working with people through networking and attending client events; a people leader who has been responsible for providing support or guidance to a team or have an interest to further develop your management, business development and people leadership skills. Furthermore, this role will suit law professionals wanting to progress their career or people looking to expand or hone their skills working with people in a supportive and collaborative work environment with the aim of helping customers and clients move forward.
