Key responsibilities:

  • Receiving inbound calls and emails
  • Providing product information and quotes
  • Follow up with customer requests
  • Lodging orders
  • Liaising with the warehouse department and freight companies
  • Maintaining up to date product information


You will have:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Team mentality
  • 1+ years in a similar role or a customer facing background
