Office Administrator - Maternity Leave Contract

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Auckland Office for approx. 9-12months

About the Job - Team work is the centre of everything at Entertainment! Your role will also focus on vital administration and positive customer service. You will be the face and voice of our company while you provide sales support to a busy, successful sales team

Your daily tasks would include the following;

  • Lots of for customer service, interfacing with clients and customers
  • Office functions such as answering phones, typing, filing, copying, e-mail retrieval, mailing and shipping.
  • Daily banking
  • Managing stock and inventory balances
  • Reviews trial balances regularly throughout the day and performs necessary audits to ensure accuracy for both banking and stock control.
  • Management of a 3 main databases and their daily back-ups.
  • Coordinating mail-outs
  • Accounts payable
  • Managing office supplies
  • Coordinating office functions and events.

About You – A fun enthusiastic personality, a good sense of humour and great organisational skills are needed for this role.  Experience with database systems will give you the edge!   Ideally you will have customer service experience and be advanced in Word, Excel and a commitment to making the most of your career.  Experience in sorting data and vlookups will be an advantage. A passion for people and the ability to thrive working as part of a busy, productive team is essential. Mostly enthusiasm, passion, a great sense of humour and a "can do" attitude is what you really need to succeed in this role.
