Project Coordinator

  • 3 – 6 month contract
  • Immediate start

The opportunity

Our client is a successful New Zealand owned Engineering firm with nationwide operations across commercial, residential, recreational and educational facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong project coordinator to work for a market leader and develop professionally in their career  longer term opportunities may also be available!

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing project documentation
  • Preparing project reports
  • Amending variances
  • Liaising with project managers & clients
  • Scheduling jobs
  • Invoicing and billing
  • Utilising internal software
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

 

Skills & experience:

  • Prior experience in the engineering or construction industries is preferred
  • Excellent administration skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Proactive with the ability to show initiative
  • A communicator and team player
  • Competent using a range of software with the ability to learn new systems
