Service Delivery Manager

Our client is after someone who can come in, build a great relationship with a client from scratch and ensure they deliver quality service to the client who has just signed on with their ICT business.

You will be looking at the services end to end and constantly be looking for ways to improve how you do things.

The objective with this role is to be a trusted advisor into the account and as you’ll be the face of the business, suggest improvements on their side and make it smooth and seamless if they’d like to take you up on your suggestions.

 In this role we’ll be looking for someone to;

• SLA adherence

• Minimise any penalties

• Build and maintain relationships

• Ongoing review and alignment of service offerings with client requirements

Ideally, you will have an ITIL certification or experience and as an absolute bonus have incident management experience. You will be comfortable dealing with IT staff and know how to get the best out of them.
