About the opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for a commercially savvy, passionate and proactive HR professional to join our dynamic team in Wellington supporting our team of consultants and office staff in the full range of HR activities, events and general administrative tasks. This is a sole charge HR generalist role reporting to our HR Manager in Auckland. We offer a fast-paced environment which will suit an innovative, driven, problem-solving Senior HR Advisor with a passion for enhancing candidate and employee experiences and delivering greater outcomes to the business.

About you

You are a creative, versatile HR generalist with experience in delivering end-to-end HR processes that create a meaningful human experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development and performance management.

You are a passionate HR professional with great listening skills and the ability to respond to employee needs to ensure engagement in the business and have a strong commitment to collaboration with the key stakeholders to help us deliver superior business outcomes.

You have strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to gain credibility and work effectively with others and possess analytical skills to support daily operations and reporting.

You are a keen learner with a creative spirit that dreams big and makes things happen.
