Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join us at Nestlé Cambria Park on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities would include:

  • Effectively manage small to large sized CAPEX projects from initial concept, installation, commissioning and project closure.
  • Development of robust CAPEX requests, supported by business cases and aligned with business function groups.
  • Maintain monthly CAPEX progress reporting, ensuring that project deliverables are on time & in budget.
  • Ensure projects are executed in a safe & timely manner aligned with Nestlé S.H.E framework
  • People management of both internal and external stake holders. Effectively managing contractors for the success of the project.

 

About You

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or similar)
  • Strong PC skills, MS Windows, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, 3d Design, SAP
  • Minimum of 5 years FMCG or related industrial experience in delivering projects
  • Direct, clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written
  • Stakeholder management
  • Team building in your nature, developing relationships with maintenance, contractors and site functional departments
  • Project ownership with a can do attitude.
  • Ideally you will have exposure to:
    • Hygienic engineering principles
    • Continuous improvement methodologies TPM, Lean, 5S, problem solving.
    • PMI training, CAPM or PMP
    • Proactive safety conscious
