Head of Supply Chain

This well-known company whose brands you will know, and love are looking for a Head of Supply Chain. You will be part of a leadership team, bursting with talent, experience and passion for the business and the products.

You will be responsible for (among other things):

  • Demand & supply planning,
  • Raw material purchasing
  • Inventory management,
  • Third party manufacturing
  • Procurement, negotiation, due diligence, contract setting for key supply chain partnerships.
  • Business owner of S&OP.

The position description details the key responsibilities of the role and will be provided to suitable candidates for review.

You will probably have:

  • Senior Supply Chain Management experience.
  • A relevant qualification
  • People management experience
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills – the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders, as well as work in cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • High level organisational, project management and planning skills.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • High level commercial negotiation skills.
  • Great relationship management skills
  • Highly organised mindset
  • Self-motivation
