The opportunity

Do you enjoy meeting and greeting professional clients and supporting a successful team?

We are looking for a standout corporate receptionist to join a successful and established medium sized law firm in Auckland’s vibrant CBD!

The location is brilliant and the team are exceptional to work with. We guarantee you will feel welcome and enjoy helping support the wider team daily. Ideally you will have at least 2 years administrative/reception experience and be looking for your next opportunity.

 

What the position will involve:

  • Answering and distributing calls
  • Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Helping set up client events
  • Covering any administration overflow
  • Supporting the team where necessary

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has 2+ years administrative experience and can present themselves to a professional standard. You will enjoy meeting and greeting clients daily and being the face of the firm!

 

Some attributes that will set you ahead of the rest:

  • Motivated and driven
  • Organised and efficient
  • Friendly, helpful and professional
  • Fast typing and word processing skills
  • Well presented and takes pride in doing a good job
  • Operates with urgency and prioritises effectively
  • Flexible and practical
