Technical Business Analyst - Contract

Our client is a well known organisations in their field. Due to promotion they are needing a Technical Business Analyst to assist with the upgrade of their current system with an immediate start. While this is a technical role it will be your soft skills that is required for you to successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake analysis of business processes, investigating operational requirements, desktop research, document analysis, problems and opportunities, and identifying alternate solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
  • Mapping of key tasks and functions of the HR and Finance business units.
  • Ensure standardisation and centralisation of operational collateral to support BAU and projects for the team
  • Uncover ways to improve the usability of the CRM system and increase uptake by staff.

Key soft skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to write clear and precise user and technical specifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload, work independently and meet deadlines.
