Job Description:

Are you passionate about maintaining diverse equipment?  Can you use your initiative to effectively prioritise your workload and achieve results?  If so, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for! 

We are seeking a professional with the knowledge and experience to take on the role of Maintenance Coordinator at our Tomoana Site. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to manage and lead diverse teams, in such a way that all targets are met, and that the plant operates in an efficient and effective manner.  You must be physically fit, reliable and can provide a high standard of customer service.  You will have good attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills, be good with numbers and be available to work overtime as required, which could include weekends

You will be responsible for:

  • Create overhaul work plans, liaise with engineering planning /scheduling for overhaul time, complete overhauls.
  • Develop and monitor outcomes of preventive maintenance program.
  • Arrange corrective maintenance.
  • Improvements, projects and line efficiencies.
  • Breakdown / downtime analysis.
  • Budget accountability.
  • Health & Safety Environmental.
  • Performance Management.
  • Capital Project Management.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Appropriate trade skills, qualifications and experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including production, engineering and management.
  • Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Computer literate.
