Facility Manager - Aged Care

The role:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the facility through developing effective business planning and achieving relevant strategic goals.
  • Working within annual budgets, financial reporting and managing occupancy/revenue
  • Provide strong leadership through coaching, mentoring, training and development
  • HR relationship management, performance appraisals and performance management
  • Quality and Risk management of the facility
  • Health and Safety - ensuring all legislative requirements are met

The MUST haves:

  • 2+ years management experience within the Aged Care sector
  • Nursing practicing certificate preferred but not necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of computer skills
  • NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
