We are seeking a friendly, reliable, conscientious and mature minded person who speaks fluent English, customer focused and has pleasant telephone manner.
Days of work are : Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
You must be able to work during school holidays, busy period in summer and as required when other office staff on leave.
Duties include handling phone & email enquiries and bookings; preparing Jobs Schedule using our SQL Database, accurately, and other general administrative duties as required.
You must have experience in office administration role, a fast learner and a multi-tasker and computer literacy
Applicants must be NZ residence, living in Auckland for the last 3 years and knows Auckland suburbs very well.
