Sitting within our central Customer Experience and Digital team this role is responsible for helping Skyline Enterprise businesses to utilise digital technologies to successfully execute on strategic customer experience, sales and marketing, and digital initiatives.

What you will do:

Support teams across sales, marketing, customer experience and digital, across a diverse range of activities, including:

  • Understanding customer needs
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing activity aligned to strategic goal success
  • Utilise, and be the subject matter expert in modern digital technologies to successfully deliver to business objectives
  • Work in, and lead cross-functional teams 
  • Build strong and positive relationships with business stakeholders, and external partners

What you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a marketing, communications related field
  • 3+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in an integrated marketing environment with a focus on the end to end customer experience
  • Experience in fast moving, high paced customer led environments
  • Ability to establish excellent cross-functional working relationships, and deliver to deadlines in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • An ability to multi-task and coordinate across numerous projects with competing priorities
  • Be technology savvy, with skills in modern customer experience, sales and marketing capabilities, including the likes of search (Google Adwords, Tag Manager), data analysis (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and customer and channel management (Hootsuite, Mailchimp)
  • Great organisational skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Problem solver who can take a logical, analytical approach while being user focused
  • Detail, and process orientated
  • Curiosity to learn and develop skills
