We are looking for superstar coordinators with enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion in healthcare.

Geneva Healthcare operates 24/7 with our After Hours team playing an imperative role in the smooth running of this service.

The role will require:

  • Inbound Calls
  • Phone Queue
  • Covering relief
  • Rostering and Scheduling
  • Matching the right support worker with our clients

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Database Management
  • Previous Call Centre Experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Word & Excel
  • Proven telephone and customer service skills
  • The ability to manage high volume calls
  • The ability to multi task and meet deadlines

You will need to be extremely confident with email and database management as it is a core component to this fast pace role. You will be required to handle inbound phone calls whilst maintaining a caring and empathetic approach.
