Sales Estimator - Entrance Systems

Combined Internal Sales and Administration role providing a variety of tasks and a great team environment. Based at the Avondale office.

Your opportunity:

To join a very successful, progressive and market leading team that specialises in the automatic door industry. The primary focus of this role is supporting our New Zealand Sales team and New Zealand customers alike. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, processing of orders via our CRM & SAP systems and generating reports.

What you can expect:

  • Become an integral member of our very successful team. Building relationships both within the business and with key stakeholders externally such as fabricators and glaziers, builders, architects.
  • You will be tasked with the timely execution of quotes and sales orders through dormakaba’s CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system, with the opportunity of becoming a Super-user within the Automatic’s business
  • Provide product and sales support to the sales team and customers with a focus on Automatic’s products and CRM & SAP systems / administration support
  • A rewarding career with potential to progress within a market leading, dynamic and innovative business.

What we expect:

  • Previous experience in an administration or technical sales environment, ideally with knowledge of the commercial construction industry or architectural space would be beneficial.
  • Strong skills computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP and Salesforce would be preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to work in a close team environment
  • Experience in dealing with a diverse customer base.
