Human Resource Business Partner

This is a true business partnership role, working alongside our Managers who will look to you for expert guidance and advice, providing sound commercial and practical advice on a range of employee related matters such as performance management, policy compliance, employee engagement and development. 

This role provides the chance to own and/or contribute to the implementation of new HR initiatives and projects, every day bringing a mix of operational and business improvement opportunities!

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years HR Business Partner practitioner
  • Sound understanding of laws relating to employment legislation
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve employee issues
  • A sound understanding of HR best practices
  • Ability to coach, develop and influence Team Managers
  • Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • Attention to detail in keeping detailed records
  • Excellent formal and informal communication skills with ability to talk with a wide range of people
  • Flexibility to be able to work in a changing work environment and in a multi-tasking role
