Call Centre - Inbound

Our client is seeking people who are customer focused, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pick up the organistaion and service quickly so you can hit the ground running! You will come from a strong customer service background which can be either retail or contact centre based.

If you are an energetic, confident and a motivated individual that is customer focused then we want to hear from you!


The role

  • Answering high volume inbound calls from existing customers in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with orders, queries and providing information to solve problems
  • Trouble shooting
  • Working over a 7 day rotating roster, with flexible hours available


To be eligible you must have:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • A positive, professional and willing attitude
