Branch Support (Part-time)

About the role

We now have a part-time (16 hours per week) work opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team based in Kerikeri.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional completion of all administrative tasks and support duties for the branch, in line with Waste Management policies, procedures and reporting time-frames. 

 

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting our Workshop, HSE and Operations in updating/maintaining records and general administration work. 
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and assisting with financial reports alongside conducting timely month-end reporting.
  • Managing couriers and stationary orders. 
  • Purchase orders and AP processing via Scantech, Banking and weekly time sheets 

Your knowledge and experience in MS Office Excel will help you to succeed in this role.  We are seeking someone used to processing a high volume administrative requirements efficiently and accurately.   

To be successful in this role, you need to have relevant administration experience. You need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and, customer first approach with excellent customer service skills. Your innate ability to manage time will prove invaluable – with variety comes juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
