Customer Services Representative

We are looking for a motivated Customer Services Representative to join our friendly, supportive Customer Services team, based in East Tamaki. We are looking for a new team member who truly want to make the world a better place, and believe that they have what it takes to do this. At Waste Management our greatest asset is our people. You will maintain and build great customer service relationships and help our team with internal and external customer inquiries and service requests.

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting our customers with orders and enquiries
  • Providing our customers with fast, accurate solutions
  • Updating and maintaining our existing customer database

 

Our ideal applicants will:

  • Have relevant work experience in similar Call Centre role (desirable)
  • Put ‘customers first’ and possess proven customer service skills experience in a fast paced team environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Be fast learners and natural problem solvers
  • Have a positive and professional approach
  • Be able to work independently, and as part of a team, and cope well with high pressure
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.

 

We are looking for confident individuals who are able to juggle multiple tasks and deal with our customers in a prompt and professional manner.
