They boast tenure, longevity and the opportunity to grow and develop within the business. This particular role is based in Takapuna.

The Role

In this role, you will be providing your customers with support through any queries, via telephone, email, or face to face. You will be managing a portfolio of multifaceted cases, where the majority of your work will be dealings with clients, assisting with solving queries, or providing a further point of escalation. Working in partnership with your leader, you will be supported by the wider team.

Your role will include;

  • Liaising with your customer portfolio on a daily basis
  • Support and coordination of the process to your customers
  • Assisting your clients/customers through hardship whilst remaining professional and empathetic at all times
  • Ensuring the company meets statutory obligations
  • Maintaining quality processes

Your Experience

You will be hugely service driven and have a compassionate, empathetic manner when dealing with customers, whilst also being able to follow processes and regulations. You will have strong customer service skills, with an appetite for knowledge and passionate about growing your career within a well known firm.

You must have;

  • 2 years client services experience
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Be solution focused with a high level of professionalism
  • Process driven
  • Ability to prioritise & follow up
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to pick up systems with ease
  • Law degree not essential however will certainly assist in your growth
