Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing and empowering territory managers and merchandisers within your sales patch. You will deliver excellence execution in line with the company strategy and uphold Heinz values in a way that contributes the companies vision.

You will be responsible to:

  • Strengthen the base of the business across the upper North Island.
  • Provide category reviews/ store review led by the consumer and shopper insights.
  • On-shelf executive in line with merchandising strategies and have speed to market with all new products.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships/ relationships both internally and externally and continue to surpass expectations.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Be tertiary qualified with a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business.
  • Have 5 years’ sales experience, ideally in a FMCG industry.
  • People management experience.
  • Previous field sales experience is desired.
